Overrated?! M doesn’t get enough recognition!!

Group Big Bang leader GDragon has been voted #1 by netizens as the ‘Overrated
singer songwriter’.

Community site DCInside did a poll on the question
“Which singer songwrite do you think is overrated?” from 22nd to 29th September.
And GDragon was given 8133 (52.6%) votes out of 15,467 votes, coming in at #1.

GDragon has been writing many songs since he was in Big Bang like
‘Lies’, ‘Last Farewell’ etc. But he was under plagiarism accusations with the
release of his solo debut song ‘Heartbreaker’ released last month. And that was
why he was voted in #1 on the survey.

Coming in at #2 is singer producer
Park Jin Young with 1049 votes (6.8%). Park Jin Young has written many hits like
‘Don’t Leave Me’, ‘Behind you’, ‘That girl is pretty’ and ‘Honey’ etc. He always
promised new and fresh music every time, but he has been under accusations of
plagiarism several times as well.

At #3 is singer Lee Min Woo with 1007
votes (6.5%). He has been writing lyrics since his time in Shinhwa. After that
he wrote the lyrics for several hits like Jewelry’s ‘Super Star’ and ‘One More
Time’ and V.O.S ‘Beautiful Life’. And subsequently for his solo album there were
songs which were written by him but as compared to his lyrics-writing
capabilities, there was not much acknowledgement given to his song-writing
skills.

As far as I’m concerned, ‘overrated’ means ‘rated more highly than is deserved’ – M always puts out great albums but for some reason they rarely sell well – how in Shinhwa’s name does that constitute as ‘overrated’……..?! -_-*

[09.09.05] Moon Hee Jun and Jang Woo Hyuk didn’t get along in H.O.T?

Shinhwa member Lee Minwoo said on the 4th Sept episode of SBS ‘Intimate Note 2′ that MC Moon Hee Jun and fellow H.O.T member Jang Woo Hyuk didn’t get along.

On this episode, Shinhwa members Lee Minwoo, Junjin and Andy were spilling secrets of one another thus Moon Hee Jung remarked in jest that the Shinhwa members “don’t seem to be very close”. In retaliation, Lee Minwoo retorted, “Everyone knew that Moon Hee Jun and Jang Woo Hyuk fought because of dance choreography issues back then too”, sending Moon Hee Jun into a fluster.

Trying to explain himself to everyone’s amusement, Moon Hee Jun replied, “We were on good terms even back then. Just that our functions in the group caused a little….”

In addition, Lee Minwoo also confessed that he was interested in Chae Yeon before.

Jang Young Ran: Junjin never asked me along for ‘Love Letter’ gatherings

Soon-to-be-married Jang Young Ran has revealed on the upcoming 4th September episode of SBS variety show ‘Intimate Note 2′ that Junjin has never invited her along on gatherings when they were both appearing regularly on now-defunct SBS variety show ‘Love Letter’.

“I was a regular on ‘Love Letter’ when Junjin was on the show, but I’ve never gone on any gatherings and I thought that there were none. But I later found out that all the other pretty female guests attended such gatherings except for me, and the organizer of these gatherings was none other than Junjin. There was once when Chae Yeon was on the show and after the recording, Junjin only asked Chae Yeon, and not me, to go for a meal. I was really upset.”

Junjin replied, “Everything was decided by the people involved in the gatherings.”

M Lee Minwoo admits to being “attracted to Chae Yeon before”

wa member M Lee Minwoo confessed on the upcoming 4th September episode of SBS variety show ‘Intimate Note 2′ that he was once attracted to Chae Yeon before.

Chae Yeon – one of the guests – shocked everyone present when she said, “There was once I was drinking with Lee Minwoo, and after that he called out to me from the stairs and expressed his feelings a little.”

“Though he didn’t explicitly say he liked me, I did really think about it then, so I want to ask him about that now.”

To this, Lee Minwoo replied , “Chae Yeon is not only sexy, but she’s also easy to get along with, so I think I really was attracted to her before”, after which he amused everyone when he imitated the way that Chae Yeon tries to flirt with guys over drinks.”

[09.09.04] Lee Minwoo nearly quit Shinhwa because of farting?

On the 31st August episode of KBS talkshow ‘Misuda’ (Chat With Beauties), M Lee Minwoo commented in jest that he nearly quit Shinhwa due to a farting incident.

In response to the discussion topic of “Would you apologize if you farted in the elevator?”, he said, “I nearly left Shinhwa because of farting. It was someone else who did it, but I got framed for it instead.”

“When we were all in the van, one of the members was an intelligent farter, at first there wasn’t any smell but suddenly it just hit you all at once. Eventually the culprit was discovered and he just kept laughing.”
