The ending theme song for the Junjin/Lee Shi Young couple on their final episode for MBC variety programme ‘We Got Married’ is currently enjoying much popularity. The 3rd May episode of WGM was the final episode featuring Junjin and Lee Shi Young, and ended their run on the show after the broadcast.
On this episode, in order to impress Lee Shi Young, Junjin had asked his album producer Ahn Young Min to produce a theme song for them. Ahn Young Min, who had previously worked on albums for SG Wannabe, Big Bang and Davichi among others, offered the song ‘My Love’ by singer Marshmallow to them, which Ahn Young Min also produced himself.
This song was used during a video montage of the couple’s memories and scenes of them, but many viewers ended up being confused by the sweet-sounding song. During the programme, the song was captioned as “Like A Fool” by Junjin, and that became the most-searched keyword on various websites. It was actually a mistake on the part of the production team who got confused and put out the captions of “Like A Fool”.
However Ahn Young Min cleared up the air and said, “This song isn’t ‘Like A Fool’, but ‘My Love’ instead. ‘Like A Fool’ is one of Junjin’s new songs, and there has been a mistake in the caption.”
He added, “Marshmallow will be making his debut very soon, and we hope for your support.”
