Hyesung express "During Shinhwa 3rd, 4th album promo we had to wear the leather pants and dance, at that very moment there were little pimples growing on my lower waist", "Due to the pants are tight, the pimples ground to a big septic sore".
And he continues "It was so pain that i couldnt even move, then i went to the hospital and the doctor didnt give me any injection and he straight away prick everything, i nearly pain to death", "Then i had a surgery and taken the on-leave permission letter from the doctor, but not to upset the fans i still performs on stage."

Now hyesung is promoting on his solo 2nd album "The beggining, new days" with the hit song "First Person", he had received lots of love and attention.
