The ‘Ordinary’ Photobook & DVD were available for sale at the Japanese video screening event.

According to the Eric Voice fansite, the photobook and the DVD were retailing at 2,000JPY and 2,500JPY respectively ~ approximately 20USD and 25USD.

Unfortunately, these aren’t available online at the moment - I reckon that they will make these exclusively available at all the video screenings first before finally making it available to the rest of the world… which could be another couple of months down the road… Just a guess… -_-
