A Shinhwa member as well as a successful solo artist, M and fellow KPop star - DongBangShinKi had driven the Thai fans wild.
M had received an award at the annual 5th Channel V Music Award, held in Thailand's Bangkok on the 16th June.
DongBangShinKi walked away with "Favourite Asia Artist" and "Favourite Music Video" while M took the highest honor - "Best Asia Artist" home.
The fans of M and DongBangShinKi had been found queuing up hours before the event, and not even the thunder storm which occurred could stop them from trying to catch a glimpse of M and DongBangShinKi from the best angle.
M's fans had also written M's name hugely on posters and kept cheering for him.
M had stunned Thai fans with his powerful vocal and dance moves. He expressed, "I'm very happy to see the Thailand fans today," in fluent English after his performance had earned him a big round of applause.
