Shinhwa member Andy, who will be releasing his first solo album on Jan 18 as well as holding a 6-day concert at Seoul's Taehak-ro, has added on an additional show on Jan 21, making it a total of 7 performances.
When he first decided to hold the concert from Jan 18-23 at Taehak-ro's SH Club, he had initially allocated Jan 21 as his rest day, but he finally decided to add on a last-minute show on Jan 21 to his already packed schedule.
The reason behind this is because the fans are all looking forward to his first concert, and many fans requested to watch the show on 21 Jan to celebrate Andy's birthday. To celebrate his birthday, overseas fans from countries such as Japan, China, Taiwan and Hong Kong will be in Korea to attend Andy's concert.
A particular feature of this concert is that Andy has planned a different theme for each day and will be having different activities according to the theme, thus further fueling the fans' anticipation. Andy will have different activities and guests for his different themes such as solo singer, entertainer and musical actor.
Besides the Shinhwa members, other celebrities are also expected to attend the concert to congratulate Andy on the release of his first solo album.
As this is a small venue, Andy hopes to be able to have closer interaction with his fans, presenting his new songs while chatting with everyone, thus creating a concert with an intimate atmosphere. He has been busy everyday with concert preparations as he bears this objective in mind.
After he wraps up the performances, Andy will officially start appearing on programmes as part of the album promotion.
