from Su-mi: This quote came from one of Haruki Murakami’s short stories titled
‘Hanalei Bay’, which was featured in Tōkyō Kitanshū (Strange Tales From Tokyo),
published in Japan in 2005. The English versions of the 5 short stories in this
book and 19 other short stories were later included in a collection titled Blind Willow, Sleeping Woman, published in August 2006.
The quote sounds a
little chauvinistic but I think it’s actually pretty true… The problem with most
guys is that they don’t listen enough…. -_-*
=========================================
“There are only three ways to get along with a girl: one, shut up and listen to what she has to say; two, tell her you like what she’s wearing; and three, treat her to really good food. Easy, eh? If you do all that and still don’t get the results you want, better give up.”
