I’ll carry on with the comeback even if I’m in a cast


Shinhwa’s Junjin has injured his wrist with his comeback performance just days away on 9th May, distressing many around him and his fans.

Junjin had previously cracked his shoulder blade in early January this year during the filming of the bobsledding special of MBC’s Infinite Challenge. Now that he has injured his wrist so close to his comeback performance, people around him are feeling upset for him.

However the news of Junjin’s injury has been met with unpleasant reactions such as “He’s trying to delay enlistment” and “It’s a ploy to create publicity”. Because of this, Junjin has been bearing the pain and working even harder to prepare for his comeback to refute these rumours.

Junjin had aggravated his wrist injury during a recording session for Infinite Challenge on 30th April as he injured the same spot once again. He will now require surgery on his injury and it will take 6 weeks for his wrist to heal fully. Despite this, he has displayed his remarkable fighting spirit and has still gone on to wrap up his album jacket photoshoot on 1st May as well as a music video filming session on 2nd May.
