All 2,500 tickets to Shin Hyesung’s “Close To You” concert, to be held on 4-5 Dec in Seoul, were sold out within 10 minutes after ticket sales opened at 7pm on 4 Nov.
Shin Hyesung’s last concert in Korea was held 1 year and 6 months ago in May 2009, thus the upcoming concert has attracted not just fans from Korea, but overseas fans from Asia and other regions.
A rep from Shin Hyesung’s management company Liveworks Company said, “It has been a long time since he held a concert in Korea, so while we did expect that many fans would be showing their support, we didn’t expect such an overwhelming response. We’re grateful to the fans for their support.”
The “Close To You” concert promises fans a heartwarming performance where Shin Hyesung will interact closely with fans, and where he will also perform his new single live – to be released in November – for the first time. The concert will be held on 4th and 5th Dec, at 7pm and 6pm respectively, at AX-Korea in Gwangjang-dong, Seoul.
