I wanted to eat crispy tonkatsu lightly fried in 170-degree oil, that is fragrant and not oily at all.
Why is it all the same with tonkatsu shops in Sinchon, where oil will start oozing out when lightly pressed with a paper napkin.
Is this all fine because it’s cheap and the sauce is tasty.
[My senior who was eating with me said that that was the best among the cheap ones.... He ate the cheese tonkatsu too. -_-;]
Haa.. I want to eat crispy croquettes lightly fried in olive oil.
p.s. Lately my cholesterol index has gone up so I’m becoming sensitive..ㅜㅜ
I have what is called blood obesity…-_-;
