[09.06.12] Viewers are impressed with Andy’s natural acting

Having made his comeback to dramas after 4 years, Andy is showing marked improvement in his acting with every episode.

Singer Andy plays Yoon Nam Joon in the SBS daily drama “Two Wives” and made his first appearance on the 25th May episode. Yoon Nam Joon is somewhat unrealistic and strives to maintain appearances in all situations.

In Episode 27, aired on 10th June, Nam Joon’s mother finds out that he has sold off the taxi his late father had left behind and is planning to use the money to start a business. Although his sister and his mother had wanted him to carry on driving the taxi, Nam Joon chose to start a noraebang business.

Nam Joon tells his mother, “This time I have a good feeling about this, please trust me one more time.” But his mother is feeling very ill at ease given Nam Joon’s failed business ventures in the past. He then approaches his sister’s good friend Jo Mimi for an investment, but she doesn’t agree as she’s well aware of his track record.

Andy’s portrayal of the Casanova traits of Nam Joon has caught the attention of the viewers. Although his first appearance was somewhat raw and lacked confidence in his delivery of lines, but as the drama progresses, Andy has already settled into the character of Yoon Nam Joon, and is performing more naturally.

Comments from viewers include – “Andy is looking more and more settled in his performance”; “His performance is no longer as raw as his first appearance”.
