Are singer Junjin and actress Lee Shi Young going back to MBC variety show “We Got Married”?
A spokesperson from Junjin’s management company said on 23 June in a phone interview, “After news of their relationship broke, we received a proposal to appear on the show again. However, being an actual couple their own intentions are the most important, and so no decision has been made as of now.” Junjin is slated to enlist for military service this November.
However, an official from Lee Shi Young’s management company said, “We haven’t been offered any proposal for her to go on the show again. Being an actress, her focus will be on acting.” Lee Shi Young has in fact been cast as the lead actress on an upcoming MBC weekend drama which will take over ‘Good Job, Good Job’ in August.
‘We Got Married’ has recently changed its format to feature real-life couple Kim Young Joon of SG Wannabe and actress Hwang Jung Eum. Lee Shi Young and Junjin were previously on the show as a make-believe couple, but have since then become the first real-life couple from the show. Because of that, to appear on the show again would hold special significance.

If Junjin and Lee Shi Young to appear on the show again, they are expected to bring to viewers a style totally different from existing couple Kim Young Joon and Hwang Jung Eum.
Junjin and Lee Shi Young had gone public with their relationship on 19th June. They had appeared as one of the make-believe couples on WGM but eventually developed real feelings for each other. The couple had started dating since March, and ended their stint on the show in early May.
