An explanation I found from Dongwan’s Baidu fanpage:
에너 is a fan who posted (jokingly) a comment on Yoenin (Dongwan’s Korean fansite):
Although I feel happy for the Shinhwa oppa’s finding love and talking about marriage, but if oppa-yam (referring to Dongwan) finds a girlfriend, I’ll stick gum on his hair. ㅡ,.ㅡ
Then she commented on some photos on Dongwan’s blog.
It seems that he wrote that entry as a response to her post… And there was a funny reply to that from another fan, who wrote:
If oppa wants to announce that he has a girlfriend, he’d better search on Naver (the Korean equivalent of Google) for ways to remove gum from hair before he makes his announcement.
