During the recording of MBC's Star Friends, Lee Minwoo said that fellow guest Kim Shin Young is his ideal type.
Lee Minwoo had to make a tough choice between guests Kim Shin Young and Shin Bong Seon when Kim Shin Young asked him, "If me and Shin Bong Seon were the only women left in the world, who would you pick?"
To which he replied, "I choose Kim Shin Young", sending the studio guests into surprise and subsequently into fits of laughter when Kim Shin Young said she still had to consider.
