Shinhwa member Eric features in the debut single of new male duo Jumper, as a show of support for Jumper’s producer and fellow Shinhwa member Andy.
Andy’s management company T.O.P Media has released Jumper’s single ‘Yes’ on all major music sites on 12th Feb, and also highlights that this was Eric’s last recording project before he enlisted for military service. They also added that the teaser clip of Eric that was released is actually the teaser for Jumper’s ‘Yes’.
Eric’s participation on the track is a show of friendship and support for Andy, who is the producer for the duo, as well as a form of encouragement to the newcomers and a demonstration of the strong 10-year friendship between the Shinhwa members. There are 2 versions of the single, one is the original mix while the other “Real G version” features Eric’s rap.
The song was written by Kwon Tae Eun and Jang Joon Ho, who have written songs for singers like Rain and Wonder Girls, and C-Luv completes it with his rap lyrics. There is a strong sense of confidence in the song, and the catchy refrain of the song is also another highlight.
The choreography was designed by O&O’s Gu Seung Hyun, who also crafted Jewelry’s ET dace, Seo In Young’s eyelashes dance and Ivy’s she-devil dance; while the MV was directed by Jo Soo Hyun who also directed DBSK’s Wrong Number and SNSD’s Gee.
