The Seoul Tourism Organization plans to develop tourism packages incorporating famous Korean stars popular in Japan in order to attract more Japanese tourists to the city.
The Seoul city-funded organization said Friday that it will pay part of the costs for fan meetings or concerts with Korean entertainers to attract Japanese tourists.
The organization first plans to pay for part of the expenses required to set up a fan meeting with actor and singer Kim Jeong-hoon and a Lee Min-woo concert.
