A Reunion After 10 Months
Singer Lee Minwoo successfully concluded his first comeback performance for his Vol 4.5 album ‘Minnovation’ on SBS Inkigayo on 5th July, with the passionate support of more than 500 fans inside and outside the recording studio.
Lee Minwoo commented during an interview, “I was excited and worried about the comeback stage, and I didn’t sleep well. I dragged my tired self to the TV station and saw many fans waiting. There were many people listening outside as well. I got my strength from the support of the fans.”
After ending the performance, Lee Minwoo held an impromptu fanmeeting and took his cue from the “sketchbook confession” scene in the movie ‘Love Actually’, when he penned his feelings and thoughts in a sketchbook. “Fans to me, have an existence just like the revolution in my life. I feel sorry to the fans, and at the same time, very grateful to them. I’ll show everyone my best in my activities.”
His heartfelt words brought tears to the eyes of the fans, who shouted out loud “Saranghaeyo” (I love you). Lee Minwoo said, “Today is a day when I etch in my heart the importance and significance of the fans. I’ll repay the love of the fans with my best efforts.”
Lee Minwoo has officially kicked off his promotional activities with the title track ‘Minnovation’.
