Korean singer Shin Hyesung’s new album has yet to be released but the fans’ anticipation has already hit a high in both Korea and Japan.
The new album, Vol.3 Side II “Keep Leaves”, will be officially released on 17th February, but presales of the album has already hit #1 on online charts in both countries, clearly displaying his popularity. According to Shin Hyesung’s management, his new album currently tops the presales chart on Korea’s biggest music portal and also Japan’s HMV presales chart as well. The MV spot for title track “Why Did You Call…”, featuring Shin Hyesung and actress Lee Young Ah, will be released on 10th February.
In an earlier statement, Shin Hyesung had expressed gratitude to the fans for the overwhelming response. “So many fans are looking forward to the new album, I’m really grateful but nervous at the same time.”
With the release of the new album, Shin Hyesung will kick off a new round of overseas promotional activities, beginning with a promotional trip to Taiwan on 9th February and a concert in Taiwan on 14th March.
